A canopy over our bed can be made by ourselves. We can also decorate the fabric already ready. All we have to do is hang a stylish and delicate curtain on it, or we can somehow emphasize the headboard - part of which a canopy bed is usually equipped with.

If, on the other hand, we want to make a canopy ourselves, we can just unbuckle a piece of cloth over the bed. You can also unzip a canopy on a frame or on decorative handles. We do not have to carry out the canopy in a traditional way - it does not have to be a uniform fabric spread over the bed, it does not have to consist of curtains and a roof. Modern canopies have different forms, for example, they can consist of hung over a bed.

You can add a mosquito net to the canopy - a thick net hung over the bed. It will protect us from insects entering the room (this applies mainly to mosquitoes). A modern mosquito net does not have to be in the form of a net. Any light, the folding fabric can fulfill this function. Today, often arranging a bedroom, structures are created those combine elements of a mosquito net with elements of a canopy.

Prices of four-poster beds

In Poland, canopy beds are not, for now, something common and fashionable, so in a few places, you can buy them. Their prices start at about 400-500 zlotys for children's models. On a four-poster bed for an adult, about 1,000-3000 zlotys are enough, although extremely luxurious copies cost even several thousand zlotys. Some models contain only a frame, a canopy we choose on our own. A practical element of selected beds is the built-in or additional bookshelf.
